
Maura K. Logue
Biographical
Maura K. Logue is an associate at LLG. Maura joined LLG after graduating cum laude from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, she focused on litigation, even completing a jury trial from voir dire through verdict as a student practitioner at the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. She also competed in moot court and mock trial competitions, was a fellow in the Public Interest Law Society, and was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society.
Prior to law school, she obtained her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. Maura puts her unique and specialized skill set to work for our clients.

Represent clients in small claims matters.
Member of litigation team representing one of the largest furniture manufacturers in a multi-million-dollar breach of contract case.
Member of litigation team representing a group of Wisconsin activists in suing three sitting congressmen for their involvement in the January 6, 2021 insurrection.
Assisted with the briefing, preparing, and successful dismissal of a defamation case against an animal rights group and its executive leadership for publishing their findings of an investigation into cockfighting and trafficking of fighting animals in Kentucky.
Assisted in settling disputes residents of a co-operative condominium complex had with the Board of Directors regarding COVID-19 rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Drafted multiple contracts, including a licensing agreement for a podcast, equine liability contracts for a local humane society, and extracurricular activity permission slips.
Assisted in preparation of compendiums of Wisconsin law relating to Construction Law, Retail and Hospitality Law, Offers of Judgment, and Nullus Tempus.
Assisted in the revision of The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages (7th Edition), specifically Chapter 24: Franchise and Dealership Litigation Damages.
Completed a jury trial as a student practitioner with the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office.

Maura is actively involved in the greater Milwaukee community and in professional and community associations, including the Georgetown University Club of Wisconsin, Marquette University Alumni Associations, Greendale Lions, and DRI. Aside from the law, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and going to the beach – preferably all three on the same day.
