Benjamin W. Kuhlmann
Biographical
Benjamin Kuhlmann is an attorney at Laffey, Leitner & Goode LLC, located in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a litigator, Ben’s practice covers the gamut of complex commercial disputes, with sub-specialties including franchise litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and defending manufacturers against warranty and other consumer claims. Outside of the business world, Ben regularly handles complex trusts and estateslitigation. Ben routinely guides clients through pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk assessment, with the goal of understanding the best strategic toolkit to bring to each distinctive challenge. Outside of work, Ben is a member of the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus, and in his time off you are likely to find him hiking or traveling with his fiancé.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Ben’s love for the city and its people called him back after graduating law school in Cleveland, Ohio—a city whose river he assures us is only sometimes on fire. When not pouring over legal manuscripts, you can find Ben indulging in his passions: running, cycling, re-watching My Cousin Vinnie so he can emulate the best in the business, and eating the best cheese he can find. A regular volunteer and avid plasma donator, Ben looks forward to officially putting down roots in the city and finding ways to better serve his community in whatever ways he can.
