Meredith J. DonaldsonAssociate
Meredith graduated from Marquette University Law School in May 2018 and is the newest Associate to join the LLG team. During law school, she worked as a judicial intern for U.S. District Court Judge Pamela Pepper, the State Public Defender’s Appellate Division, and the United States Navy JAG Corps. Meredith combines these real-world experiences with her proven success in law school, where she served on the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board and was on the Dean’s List.
Meredith approaches problems with the diligence and enthusiasm necessary to provide exceptional representation. Her background as a Division I athlete (she is a standout lacrosse player and high school coach) and a fierce competitor will serve her well as she hones her trial advocacy skills at LLG.

Meredith has been involved in the Milwaukee community since she first stepped foot onto Marquette’s campus. She played Division I lacrosse for MU, and as a senior she was named as a finalist for the Division I Community Service Player of the Year. Throughout her four years on the team, Meredith raised over $25,000 for Pancreatic Cancer research and $4,000 for the USO.
As a law student, Meredith hit the ground running and started doing pro bono work her first week and never looked back. By the time she graduated, Meredith had performed nearly 400 hours of pro bono work in the Greater Milwaukee Area. When she isn’t busy zealously advocating for clients, you can find her on a lacrosse field. Meredith coached the girls’ varsity lacrosse team at Whitefish Bay High School throughout law school, where she received Coach of the Year honors twice. She also continues to coach for Wisconsin’s most elite club lacrosse program.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys going on hikes with her yellow lab, Bailey, and exploring the variety of dog-friendly establishments in Milwaukee. She loves spending time listening to music, watching movies, and cheering on her Kansas Jayhawks.
