Leitner and Goode Pen Book Chapter on Franchise and Dealership Litigation Damages for BVR
Mark M. Leitner and Joseph S. Goode collaborated with economist Ted Stockton for a chapter in a treatise about economic damages, The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages.

Recently, Laffey, Leitner & Goode’s Mark M. Leitner and Joseph S. Goode collaborated with economist Ted Stockton for a chapter in a treatise about economic damages, The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages, Fifth Edition (2018), published by Business Valuation Resources, a business valuation information company. Long considered a useful tool for practitioners in various disciplines, the publication is a comprehensive guide that fuses the financial expert’s knowledge of recognized methods with the attorney’s knowledge of legal issues.

Leitner and Goode’s chapter, “Franchise and Dealership Litigation Damages,” poses a hypothetical franchise litigation  as the basis for discussing damages-related issues.  Stockton’s prologue adds economic analysis to the hypothetical to enable the practitioner to appreciate the underlying economic theories in play.

We congratulate Joe and Mark for a job well done.
